about

Two Hundred Million Idiots is a band consisted of only one person. That means it's not a band. Hi all, it's me, the band.
I've been in love with music since I took my greatgrandfather's guitar at the age of 3 and wrote a tune I then called "Moon in a trashcan". It probably wasn't any good, but it made me fall in love with the sound of guitar. Went to elementary music school for classical guitar for a couple of years, but then my parents decided it's quite ok to move to a god forsaken piece of shit village in which they had cows, not guitars. Still at the end of highschool I formed a band with my best friend and since no one wanted to be a drummer, I got that role. I also tracked a lot of shit on my first love, the Amiga 500, best computer ever made.
From that point on, I played the guitar here and there, always loved the bass, sang a bit when I was drunk in parks and I was a drummer in various bands. Some of the bands were succesful, some were a good reason to get really drunk. Since I never wanted to have a real job, and sometimes was forced to, I was in an out of making and playing music, sometimes for periods of two years and more. I'd just get depressed with how it doesn't actually make any sense. The fact I lived in Croatia, which is a piece of shit god forsaken dump just helped the depression. But wherever you live, being a musician is a love-hate relationship, and there is nothing you can do about it.
Long story short, it took me a lot of time to actually patch this up, because I've been told too many times that I should just forget about singing and making music, and just play the fucking drums. So I did. Eventually, I started pulling myself together, started recording, and too many hard disks exploded in the process, because that's just the way my life works. So I made some demos, played bass and sang in a band, then got back to the role of a drummer and after 6 long years of pausing, it was chaotic and fucked up because I was also managing the band, yet I started to record my own songs for real while gigging and recording a lot with a band that was supposed to make something out of it. We made shit.

After the band went to shit I moved to Berlin and decided I should finally start finishing my own material, and this is the product. The material will be divided into 4 different EP's, 4 different atmospheres and emotions. This one is kinda depressing, it's called Winter, and it's a part of a "Drawing Birds" series of EP's. I really hope you'll like it.
